Arnica ointment and vitamin E oil
Elder suggests that arnica ointment or gel also a very good effective way to minimize the pain of   the bruise. Arnica prevents inflammation and also keeps swelling at bay. On the other hand vitamin E oil might also be applied into the wounded area to heal quickly and minimal scratch.
